I'm Jess Miles and I'm the owner, founder and CEO of Milk & Honey Co. Services LLC. Our company is now two-fold and I'm so excited to be able to offer a wider variety of services to all the amazing business owners out there! We offer bookkeeping services to service-based business, plus I have an amazing digital course in the works to help ADHD women business owners learn how to set themselves up for success in their business.

I first started my bookkeeping business with a dream to free up my time and be more present with my family. But of course, I created an amazing business that actually needed some managing! I found myself spending way too much time trying to do it all, getting distracted along the way (hello, AHDH) and not sleeping well because I was worried I was forgetting to do something. 😫

That's when I decided it was time to make a change and get everything out of my head and into a system! I've always had a love for systems and processes, so it was super fun to find tech that worked for me and to add automations in once I had my processes figured out. Now it's my goal to help others do the same! I want to empower ADHD women business owners to set up their own systems so they're no longer drowning in the manual day-to-day management of their biz. I’m putting all my years of experience to work in the best way possible, allowing farmers and ranchers to partner with a company who understands the ins and outs of their ag operations. Spend more time with your family on the land; you have enough to keep up with!

• Bachelor of Science and Master of Agriculture degrees in animal science from Texas A&M University (whoop!)

• Years of working with and around horses, with a focus in equine reproduction

• Running and managing our cow-calf herd since 2011

• My husband is a crop insurance specialist and helps me fill in the gaps when I need to know how something works on a farm or ranch that I don’t have experience in

• Family farms and ranches are the backbone of America! I love partnering with other families to reduce the stress of bookkeeping for their farms and ranches.

I love providing farm and ranch bookkeeping services so much that I even brought on a team of other rockstar virtual bookkeepers who love partnering with our clients just as much as I do! It's been a privilege to be able to provide jobs for other mamas like me who want to work from home with their families while also making a major impact in the agricultural community.
